VistaTrove is an independent, owner-run travel journal publishing long-form destination guides, honest budgets and field-tested advice. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to VistaTrove, and "you" refers to anyone who visits or uses the site. You can reach us any time at hello@vistatrove.com.

2. Using the site

You are welcome to read, link to and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. In return, we ask that you use the site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• Republish, scrape or resell substantial parts of our content without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site to post or transmit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Misrepresent your identity (for example, in messages sent through the contact form).

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice, to keep things running well or to improve them.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, original photography, layout, design and brand marks on this site belong to VistaTrove and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Some images are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

You may quote short excerpts with a clear, visible credit and a link back to the original page. You may not copy whole guides, reproduce our images, or use our name and logomark in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership, without our prior written consent.

4. Accuracy of travel information

We research every guide carefully and write from real experience, but travel changes fast. Prices, opening hours, routes, visa rules, border requirements and safety conditions can shift between the day we publish and the day you read. Information on this site is provided for general guidance only and is not professional, legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.

Before you book or travel, please verify the details that matter (entry and visa requirements, travel insurance, health precautions, current prices and official advisories) with the relevant official sources: government websites, embassies, carriers and the providers themselves. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.

5. External links

Our guides link to third-party websites (booking platforms, operators, official tourism boards and the like) for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination page.

6. Affiliate relationship

Some links on VistaTrove are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
